The current healthcare environment has made it increasingly more difficult to receive quality physical therapy services in a standard outpatient clinic.

Confluent Therapy Solutions offers personalized 1:1 outpatient physical therapy in your home.  We also offer Home Safety Consultations and personalized wellness programs.

Are you currently accepting new patients?

Yes, at this time Confluent Therapy Solutions is accepting referrals for postop & acute injury physical therapy, home safety, and wellness programs.

Are you licensed?

Physical therapists are board-certified and licensed to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Are you insured?

Our therapists carry professional liability insurance per industry standard.

How are your services documented?

All physical therapy services are documented via electronic medical record (EMR) in compliance with HIPPA standards.

Can I receive a copy of your notes?

Your 1:1 session is focused on you and your goals.  Aside from history questions during your Initial Evaluation, there will never be time spent documenting during your session.  Completed physical therapy notes are available 24-48 hours after your appointment.

Can I submit your services to my insurance company for reimbursement?

If you have out-of-network benefits you may be able to submit for reimbursement.  The member services department of your insurance carrier can verify out-of-network benefits and explain the exact procedure for claim submission.  Best effort will be made to ensure documentation provides the necessary information for a “clean claim.”

What if your services are ineffective?

If you fail to see improvement in a timely manner, we will partner with you and your physician to facilitate treatment with someone that can help.  Utilizing a large personal network, we can help you arrange an appointment with an appropriate healthcare provider.

Should you feel you require a different type of physical therapy, or if you wish to contact a physical therapist within your insurance network, we will partner with you to find someone who specializes in your specific area of need.
